I offer a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT). Whether face-to-face in Hackney (East London) or online, I'm here to support you.
